ruptured wineskins

To blame the demise of the church on personal holiness is a dangerous and wrong position. I believe that rather than focusing on changing  our individual lives, we need to change our corporate practice. New wine is currently being wasted by ruptured wineskins, and it is outrageous to ask the workers to keep pressing grapes when the vineyard keeps pouring it  into old skins, allowing them to rupture and spill the newness into the drains.
